Dynamic Data in DataGrid Cell on drop down

Hi ,

I want to dynamically load the list of one of the cell of a Datagrid , It is possible ,if yes how.

To elaborate more , Say someone clicks on the cell of grid which is of type coro , It should send request to server for a list of values and then show them in the dropdown list.
