Dhtmlx Menu - Tooltip not work!

This is my Code:

        menu.addNewSibling(null,"99", "Products", false);
        menu.setUserData("99", "url", "products.php");
        menu.setTooltip("99","Active Products");    

Tootip is not working.

What is wrong?

The issue isn't reproduced with the latest menu version. The file is attached -try to use instead of the original.
