Scheduler AM-PM formatting seems to be backwards -- NEW PROBLEM

Okay so I used the code to solve the AM/PM problem which did the trick but it makes it so you cant add an event by double clicking on the day or week view.  I even double checked this by loading irst the new file and it doesn't work and then the old file and it does work.  No code was changed on the html page I just renamed dhtmlxscheduler.js and did a hard reload .

Hmmm.
