Dhtmlx Grid Load with Xml Problem

Dear Sir,

I trying to load the grid with my xml file. It Contains data like this.

I want to fetch the values from the xml file on button click event. I have to add the columns dynamically.I tried with sample code from documentation. But i not able to get the values from the xml.

Can u give me sample code for the above xml to start my work.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
