Grid loads slow on IE using combo_filter

Hi,

I have a problem using the grid with combo_filter in header on IE. The grid contains 250 rows. I am trying to filter a column that has only distinct values (250 values). On FF is ok (it takes about 2 seconds), but on IE it takes about 30 seconds. The thing is that if I change the filter from combo_filter to select_filter, also will take 2 seconds on IE. But I would like to use the combo_filter because there is a select with 250 values and it is a little hard to work with it.
