IE7 Layout issues?

In IE7, the grids tend to overflow and cover up the buttons that are being used, and the borders do not really work on any of the components (grids/forms).

For instance, the border on a form is just a vertical line to the left of it (with almost no width). The border on the grids stops short of the end of the grid, so there is an alignment problem with the border / grid.

Here is a picture where you can see the grid going over the buttons & border is not covering entire grid.

Any idea on what I can do to fix this?
