Combo filter in grid

Please see following link. I would like a blank entry in the combo as mentioned.

Is there a way to make 2.0 work like 2.1? Can I somehow create that blank entry?

This functionality is not supported at the 2.0 version. Please contact sales@dhtmlx.com to update your files

Actually, I just discovered using #select_filter instead of #combo_filter accomplishes what I need and will work just as good for me.
