dhtmlx grid tab order with reverse tab order

We are using dhtmlx 2.1 version, in gird i am using

myGrid.setExternalTabOrder("PreviousTelelines","NewPhoneNo"); for tab order.

The Tab order PreviousTelelines ->Grid Rows -> NewPhoneNo

But my question is when user wants to reverse tab shift+tab the reverse tab order is not working from NewPhoneNo -> Grid entries -> PreviousTelephonelines.

Which method do i need to use for reverse tab order.
