DHTMLX Skin Builder

Hello,

I have a 2E layout. Each cell has a tabbar attached to it. Each tab of the tabbar has a grid attached to it. My problem is that i want to change the skill color of all the dhtmlx components instead of the default color blue. I need a sample code for it. I have downloaded the skin builder and copied the dhtmlx_custom.css . Please tell me how to proceed futher along with a sample code.

a) unpack folder of zip inside the codebase folder ( if you not using single dhtmlx.js - unpack skin package in codebase of each component ) 
b) set dhx_skyblue skin for all components which need to be affected ( include skin/[component]_dhx_skyblue.css files if necessary )
c) include dhtmlx_custom.css on the page
