Scheduler-bug assigned with switch to summer\winter time

Hello,
There are 2 bugs in month calendar.
When we move forward the task that was assigned for a date after 25th of October (and 25th of March), we get a task time changed incorrectly. The reason is daylight saving time changes that are not taken into account in the code.
