Coloring Rows With Drag and Drop - row select does not change row color

I am using drag and drop between two grids, and coloring the rows when they are moved. When I select a row that has been colored by a drag/drop operation, it does not change color (to indicate selected) like the original rows in the grid. How can I maintain the behavior of changing color upon row select?
