setNumberFormat

Hi,
I set my column with :
setNumberFormat("0,000.00", index, ",", ".")

but I need adding "+" if number are positive. Is it posible?

And if i need set diferent colors for positive number and negative number.. What have i do? I solve this with IF sentece in xml... but i think this is not very clear..
