Changing the grid cell size

Thanks for the answer of slot sizing.

But it is misunderstood. Actually what i mean with slot is not the hour scale , it is the grid cells which is represented in alternate colors.
I need to change the height of the grid cell.

The alternative colors defined by bg. image - just change it ( resize to bigger or smaller one, as necessary in your case ) to change the height of visible rows
