dhtmlxTree

In the API documentation, there is a mention of enableItemEditor for the dhtmlxTree.
It says it's available in the Standard version.
But that it requires a file called dhtmlxtree_ed.js
I don't see this file in any of the downloaded zip files???
Can anyone tell me where I can find this file as I want to try it out?
