problem printView() with #rspan

Hi,

dhtmlxgrid print problem. printView() does not print grids with #rspan in the second header line correctly in ie.

Behavior confirmed.
printView was made as simple print friendly presentation, so it ignores some details of original dhtmlxgrid
If this requirement critical for you - please contact us by email (support@dhtmlx.com) , probably I will be able to send some kind of custom build, which will be able to work correctly with rowspans in multiline headers.
