Which is best data format for Grid

We are fine with Tree as of now.

Now, we are evaluating grid. Please let me know which data format is for best in performance either JSON or Array on grid.

There is not better or worse data format for Grid. Rendering rows takes up the same time. What data format to use is fully depends on your business logic.
