dhtmlxtree grid header issue I am using the dhtmlxgrid to create Html table grid with a tree in it.For this scenario if i set the header in the xml file using <head></head> the tree grid is not loaded.If i use mygrid.setHeader it works. The <head></head> inside xml works with a regular table grid. Can you point me to an example of a tree grid table using <head></head> inside xml rather than using mygrid.setHeader.
