dhtmlxtree icons get reset to default on drag-n-drop

I have a tree with 3 different layers of data, I specify a separate icon set for each layer using im0,im1,im2 etc...

The issue is when I drag and drop, the custom icons change back to the default icons (leaf, folder, open, closed) when an node's status changes, ie. from a parent with children to just a node with no children.

Is this a bug or am I missing something here?

Unfortunately we can't reconstruct same behavior
While d-n-d item in same tree - images not changed at all, so no change must occur.
While d-n-d between different tree  - names of images preserved, but they taken from skin directory of target tree
