Is there a limit on number of rows in Grid? Hello, We are using the professional version of the whole suite. A problem has arisen with view large amounts of data. When the number of rows reached more than 6211 the grid just stops loading. The page says done and looking at the source the XML produced just stops. There is nothing in the XML stopping the data loading as we can view all the data by paging though 100 at a time and get all the results. Is there a limit on the number of rows that can produced? Answer posted by Support on Jan 09, 2008 05:05 There is no any hard-coded limits, the only limitation is performance. Loading grids with more than 1000 rows in normal mode can be pretty slow, for such big datasets usage of static or dynamic Smart Rendering recommended http://dhtmlx.com/docs/products/dhtmlxGrid/samples/loading_big_datasets/pro_srnd_static.html http://dhtmlx.com/docs/products/dhtmlxGrid/samples/loading_big_datasets/50000.html |
