Sunken Appearance

Is there a way to achieve a sunken tab appearance?

Can you please provide more details about described behavior.
By some code customization it possible to made height difference between selected and not selected tabs more visible ( currently there is an 3px difference between active and passive tabs )

I have attached a screen shot of what I was referring to.  I'm guessing you would consider this a "skin" or "pre-defined appearance".

I was wondering if it was possible to achieve this kind of look, both for the tabs, and the content area.

Basically it possible, tabbar can use images for passive|active tab backgrounds.
The border around area is more problematic, because tabbar uses native borders, which not allow to creat rounded corners.
