Grid: How to Display a Row on a Form easily? How to display a Selected Grid Row on a Form where each column data will be mapped to an input field? Apart from manually create a HTML Form with many input controls, and then get hold of the selectedRow object and get data out of each column, finally assign it to the input control one by one. Would be nice if a user could Double Click on a grid row, and the event will open a form-like widget that display each column for editing purpose..(* of course this is for saving the user from scrolling left /right to find the column when there are 30 columns on the grid) Thanks Chris Answer posted by Support on Feb 08, 2008 01:35 We plan to include such feature in next version of dhtmlxgrid - the dev. code still not mature yet, but if you interested - please contact us directly at support@dhtmlx.com - I can provide a working sample. |
