i want refresh only the grid (values ) after inserting a row using ajax. please suggest with example

Grid supports
    grid.updateFromXML(url)

After such command grid will fetch data from server ( format same as used for initial grid loading ) - but instead of adding new rows it will update data in already existing rows.
