i need to format Oct 2008 12:00:00:000AM into 2008-10-10 00:00:00.000

when i select from database a date, it comes like this Oct 2008 12:00:00:000AM , although in the database it is 2008-10-10 00:00:00.000 . So in the cell grid I want to make the reverse conversion and to display 2008-10-10 00:00:00.000

Existing grid API for date formatting allows to configure grid to use some specified date format as incoming and format of view in same time.
There is no way to convert date formating on the fly by existing API

It can be done by creating custom excell only.
