Hiding dhtml check box for a particular row

Is it possible to acheive the same using java script?
I have set ch for a row in my dhtml grid. But i dont want the checkbox to be coming up on tha last row of the table. Is there a way to get this done?

You can change the type of any cell by setCellExcellType command
