SRND w/dynamical loading on MS SQL Server Microsoft SQL Server doesn't support the 'LIMIT' clause, so it's not possible to filter out the necessary rows on the server to use dynamic loading. Any workarounds you might know of? Your help is much appreciated, as always. Thanks.
