addRow in treeGrid ignores image

Hi,

basically the header says it all. The image supplied to addRow in a treeGrid is ignored.
I know I can use setItemImage, so it is not a real problem. But it seems to be a bug and should be fixed.

Issue already fixed in latest codebase. Fix will be released as part of next build.
