DHTMLX Grid : Not able to get the exact data in CSV format.

Hi,
I am not able to get the exact CSV values of the Grid, after I use following function for column span :

<gridObject>.setColspan(<gridObject>.getSelectedId(), <gridObject>.getSelectedCellIndex(), 2);

    I am still not getting what I want or there is something which you guys are not able to understand.

    This is the image of the sample that you sent.
    The main issue is : Getting proper value of the rows which are having collspan, means I am not able to get the values of the cells after 'cells which are merged'......
    Please help .....
