hyperlink in treeGrid

Hi,
I have a scenario where I need to display a tree grid. The issue which i am facing with this is that the same cell on which i have to provide expand 'tree' icon, needs to display a hyperlink as well, clicking on which should load a popup page.

Is there any way by which we can make a cell of tree type as well as provide hyperlink on that cell?

If not, is there any way to achieve this type of behaviour?

You can store any html in the grid cell:
<cell><![CDATA[<a href="some_link">Link</a>]]></cell>
