i want use post method...in Grid

hi..bro

I have some question..

I want use post method in grid

exsample..

i use right this..

parent.mygrid.loadXML( "AccountAllSearchPRC.jsp?AccountNohd="+thisform.AccountNohd.value,parent.footer );

but will use POST instead of get method?

 

how to do change?
