Hi I am not getting the xml i am getting the JSON string from server. How to create the options using JSON string

You can load data , from JSON datasource, the same as from XML one, but you can't define grid's header. Because option list may be configured only in head - it not possible to provide list of options as part of json data. ( they need to be configured through js API in common way )
