dhtmlxGrid PRO v16_80512 - Not working correctly with Chrome or Firefox 3

Hello. I'm using the PRO version of dhtmlxGrid and have a couple issues with Google Chrome and Firefox 3. You can see both issues by going to this URL:

http://www.rockbandcontent.com/testsite/temp/songs/grid.php

1. If using Google Chrome, it does not render the grid.

2. If using Firefox 3, scroll down to the song "Push It" (the list is sorted by Week..it is the first song in Week 47). Click the + in the Media column to expand. Note that the song list is now out of line with the rest of the grid. If you start scrolling again - it will realign correctly.

Everything appears to work great in Firefox 2.x, IE 6 and IE7.

If you need more information, source, screenshot or anything - let me know.
Thanks,
Dale
