Hi..

Can I do this with dhtmlxfolders ?
1.) Upload file?
2.) Delete file ?
3.) Download file ?

The folders just a GUI layer, it can dynamically add|delete items to|from visual representation, but file management need to be done on server side, which is separate functionality, not included in dhtmlxFolders
