dhxCalendarA to current date

how to set dhxCalendar to todays date by default. Calendar starts looking at 1970 and navigation would be a problem. I have downloaded the "dhtmlxgrid_excell_dhxcalendar.js" which was given as a solution for other post. It didn't work for me.

Please check attached sample - it uses latest version of related js file and works correctly. 
If issue still occurs for you - please provide any kind of sample where issue can be reconstructed.

I have a null value in my column. when used with null value i still get date of 1970 not the current date. If the column value is empty then it shows current date.

Can you help me in fixing this problem.
