DHX Layout: Layout's width and height

Hi there,
How to set the width and height of the layout in case it is NOT window-based initialization ???

Hello,

1. Object-Based Init: Set width/height for external container
2. Fullscreened Init: Layout will occupy all <body>
3. Cell-Based Init: Will occupy full parent cell
