I have to laod the subgrid even user open the sublevels or not. because the subgrid would be used for another data enterance. thankls

Subgrid will load only on sub-panel opening, you can trigger sub-panel opening programmatically by 
   grid.cells(i,j).open();
It will guarantee that subgrid available.
