Is support available Hello, i have an Enterprise edition for dhtmlx Suite. Since i received the first package, i never have been mailed for any updated. (more that month ago). I urgently need the latest package to fix some major bugs but i don't receive any answer or acknoledgement from mail support. Some users here have recently been contacted by support ? Regards. As far as I can see this update was also sent to you personally on October 06, 2008. Regarding your emails sent to support team, they will be answered later today.
