How to reduce the thickness of the border

Hi,
How to reduce the thickness of the border of the cells?
When i keep as 1px then the border is displayed with more thickness. What is the method to reduce the thickness of the border fir customized skin.?

Then you setting border as 1px - each cell will have such border, so two cells near each other will result in 2px border between them.
You can add next css instruction to achieve necessary behavior
     border-collapse: collapse;
or set borders not for all direction, but only for right and bottom of cell
