Context menu in grid position when scrolling

Hi,

I'm having the same problem as http://www.dhtmlx.com/docs/products/kb/index.shtml?cat=search&page=1&q=6339&ssr=yes&s=contextmenu with the context menu location when the page is scrolled down.
When can we expect a fix for everyone?
Is it possible to get the fixed js file ?
