First Row selection

Am using grid view
in that am un able to select the radio button in the first row with mouse though am starting rowid with 1
Plz help to solve this problem

Problem can't be reconstructed locally, please be sure that each row in grid has unique ID. 
If issue still occurs for you - please provide any kind of sample where it can be reconstructed.
