GPL license to use dhtmlxcombo.js Hello, Now i want to understand the meaning of these lines quoted in "dhtmlxcombo.js" file. /* Copyright DHTMLX LTD. http://www.dhtmlx.com You allowed to use this component or parts of it under GPL terms To use it on other terms or get Professional edition of the component please contact us at sales@dhtmlx.com */ Cant i just downlaod the js file and use it. Do i have to buy any licenses to use this? Please help me?
Answer posted by Support on Dec 15, 2008 01:56 You can dowload dhtmlxcombo and use it under terms of GPL license, there is no need to any additional steps. Additional license ( commercial ) can be necessary if you need to use component in not GPL-compatible project. |
