How to display "&" in dhtmlx Grid ???

i want to display & in grid..

because i have category name is R&B so i want to display this name in grid...now i have use following code which is Replace the "& " to &

but when i was not replace "&" with "&" then gird is not load.


please give me a solustion....it' s uargent.....
