open dhtmlx forum
unable to display value 'J&J' in GRID ,displaying only ' j'

i am using DHTMX GRID by XML string,
one cell tag contains , <cell>J&J</cell>
grid displaying only J , remaining J after & is getting removed.

please give me solution for the above .
very very urjent for me.
