DHTMLX grid

I tried but I am unable to print in the grid.
It is giving unidentified string error in jsp.
Is there any .js files to be added
Please let me know
It is very very urjent please

There is no any extra files necessary to work with special characters
You just need 
 - escape data in XML
 - use text based cells in grid if you need edit ability
