Grid filter: link, entities

Hi,

1) Currently when using a select_filter on a column with excell type "link", the option values of the filter are all in the format "<text>^<url>". How can we make only the "<text>" values to be displayed in the select_filter?

2) In all filters, if the cell values contains html entities, they are escaped (for eg: "&" is parsed as "&"). This results in incorrect filtering. for eg: a cell with data "DHTMLX & Grid" is parsed as "DHTMLX & Grid". How can we make the filters take up and filter the values as it is instead of parsing?
