#select_filter - similar values filtering issue

For column values like this:

"accepted"
"not accepted"

When select "accepted" in #select_filter I have also "not accepted" in filtered resultset - because "accepted" includes in "not accepted"

I suggest to create #select_filter_exac that filter only exac values

Actually there is a filter with necessary functionality 
  #select_filter_strict
