slider problem

as written in the question http://dhtmlx.com/docs/products/kb/index.php?s=normal&q=8157
there is still a problem with the slider.
with the new js-files, the slider ignores the value-parameter and sets the slider to the miniumum

var slider11 = new dhtmlxSlider(null, 300,"simplesilver",false,10,100,99);

the slider is at position 10 instead of 99

this behaviour can only be tested with the new provided files in the kb-thred (http://dhtmlx.com/docs/products/kb/index.php?s=normal&q=8157). this files fixed the reported getValue()/setValue() problem
