how to set calender date format into that particular cell using xml

i am using calender type for the cell and it shows the calender.
i want to set its format through xml
i want to set format="d/m/y" into that cell and not into that column.
it is OK for me that for whole grid that date format will get set.
but how can i set that format into that cell where i shows the calender?.

Unfortunately it's imposible. You can set date format only for the whole grid.
