issue with grid

Hi
I used dhtmlgird in my code.I used smart rendering and splitat functionality in my code.
1)If i clicked on down arrow continously it is working fine untill 20 recors.After it is comiing to the 1st row of the grid.
If i clicked down arrow slowly then work fine.

2)second issue if i click up arrow continously no row is selected after i stopped pressing.
because of smartrendering the rows are rendering slowly and no row is selected.
if i click slowly one by one then it is working fine
please provide me solution
