SplitAt and Filtering

I'm having an issue with the splitAt function in dhtmlxGrid. Reading through the forums and they said that this issue was fixed a few versions ago. Am running:
dhtmlxGrid v.2.1 Professional edition build 90226/90316

I'll attach a screenshot with the error.
