Sorting Columns in Grid

When I click on a column to sort, I get a javascript error and the sort icon does not show up.  The files are attached to recreate the problem.  I am running searchChava.html.

We didn't receive searchChava.html. Please send us full example in one archive including file which you use to init grid. 

I tried attaching a zip file numerous times and it didn't post.  Here is another attempt...
